Eileen has worked in financial services for 29 years in a wide variety of senior roles including operations, training, compliance and regulatory liaison. Her specialisms include interpreting regulatory rules, presenting these as requirements to Board members in written and oral format and implementing the requirements into the business.

She played a key role in ensuring that a recent client quickly and effectively rolled out the FCA’s legal and regulatory complaint requirements to more than 600 staff. Eileen is an active local Councillor too, servicing on several Parish committees including the Finance Committee, utilising the skills and experience she’s acquired in paid employment.
